With such amazing fact about You Tube, most people cannot do without You Tube because it is majorly used for business and dissemination of live information.

The business angle to the importance of You Tube has propelled active users to bear in mind that, using the video streaming site is one thing and having update about the site is another thing.

A tech expert Ola Ajibola, who believes that the use of You Tube is not just enough , but update and the latest information about the streaming site is the best, has some tips on how to engage and grow You Tube audience.

Speaking as a guest on the programme Today on STV, the Entertainment Technology expert said, choosing and understanding the kind of content which i the first thing matters, giving example of educative, entertaining or DIY, meaning ”Do It Yourself.”

Mr. Ajibola also stated that scheduling and consistency should be the next thing; stressing that when one is consistent it make people reckon with what they are doing.

He said further that it important for users to Listen to their audience go through the audience comments session and see what people like because it helps In terms of feedback.

Speaking further, he mentioned collaboration as the third step, emphasizing with an example of a popular actor, called Jakie Chan who came to Lagos, spoke Igbo and Yoruba language, and the video was used on other people’s You-Tube platforms.

The multi-channel platform creator also said, research and understanding one’s analytics is the fourth step that should be taken into cognizance.

Entertainment, a vital industry when it comes to You Tube, was mentioned by Mr. Ajibola as the last step to grow one’s You Tube audience, stressing that, entertainment can be the skit videos, one minute music videos and others.
