Apple Inc. (AAPL.O) said early on Tuesday that problems that had caused a brief outage with its music services had been fixed.
Customers had previously complained about not being able to stream Apple Music and had also reported problems with a number of the company’s other services.
According to the outage monitoring website Downdetector, at the height of the outage, more than 3,300 customers had reported troubles with streaming Apple Music, and almost 2,200 users had reported issues with the App Store in the United States.
According to Apple’s status page, outages for iTunes Match, Apple Music, Apple Music Radio, and Apple News had “been repaired.”
The number of reports from consumers having problems with the Apple App Store and support services has decreased, according to Downdetector.
When Reuters reached out to Apple for comment on the reason for the outage and whether other services were also disrupted, they did not react right away.
By combining status information from many sources, including user-submitted problems on its platform, Downdetector keeps track of outages. There’s a chance that more customers are being impacted by the outage.
